In 1856 Abraham Cohen married Leah Mandelson (1836-1869) bat Nathan Mandelson at her fathers house in Sydney. Leah is buried at Rookwood in Sydney. Abrahams eldest daughter Meriah married Louis Henry Nathan (1860-1918 London) b. Henry Nathan of Birmingham.
