Reader to the Hebrew Bath Congregation for fifty years. May his soul rest in peace. Several newcomers of note arrived in the 1830s. Two probable seat-holders
were Elijah Solomon, silversmith and subscriber to the Levi-Phillips machsor of 1830 (The Jews of Bath* MALCOLM BROWN AND JUDITH SAMUEL)
