PURSUANT to an Order of the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, made in the matter of the estate of Emma Adolphus, Spinster, deceased, and in an action of Adolphus v. Spyer, 1876, A., No. 34, the persons claiming to be the next-of-kin of Emma Adolphus, late of 132, Queen’s road, Bayswater, in the county of Middlesex, Spinster, who died in or about the month of Julv, 1872, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 1st day of July, 1876, to come in and prove their claims ……—Dated this 22nd day of March, 1876.
