Abraham was not Jewish but his son John Meyer Marko married Louise Henriette Delbanco (1813-190§) the daughter of Moses Delbanco and Beate Kalkar. Moses was the son of Elias Moses Warburg Delbanco (1750-1802) and Penina Henriques. Elias was the son of Samuel Warburg (1690-1759) and Zippora Rachel Delbanco (d. 1783). Markoe was from a Danish family as were the Warburgs and Delbanco’s. |
