Synagogue at Chatham. See Survey 1851, ID. 3210 and also Nick Cotton, Levys of Rochester & Chatham, Kent, Engl 1781+, “The parents of Hannah Cotton (nee Levy) 1810-1855 are now known to be Isaac Levy 1781-1840, dealer in marine stores, and Sarah Levy (likely nee Hyams) 1784-1853. They had four children: Hester 1805-1890 who married Daniel Meyers; John Lewis Levy 1806-1871 who married Mary Ann Coles; Charles Levy 1807-(between 1844/1852); and Hannah who married Edward Cotton.
It is also known that Isaac Levy had a younger brother, Samuel, and it is thought that Isaac’s wife Sarah had three brothers Abraham, Joseph and Moses Hyams”.
This is the marriage between Gedaliah Myers (son of Angel Myers senior) and Esther Levy
