In 1875 admin granted to Jones Spyer of 1 Winchester House Old-Broad-street in the City of London and of 113 Gloucester-terrace Hyde Park in the said
County Solicitor the lawful Attorney of Frances Adolphus Spinster the Aunt and one of the Next of Kin now residing at St. Catherine in the Island of
Jamaica in the West Indies.
PURSUANT to an Order of the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, made in the matter of the estate of Emma Adolphus, Spinster, deceased, and in an action of Adolphus v. Spyer, 1876, A., No. 34, the persons claiming to be the next-of-kin of Emma Adolphus, late of 132, Queen’s road, Bayswater, in the county of Middlesex, Spinster, who died in or about the month of Julv, 1872, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 1st day of July, 1876, to come in and prove their claims ……—Dated this 22nd day of March, 1876. |
