The will was contested since the testator was incoherent at the time it was signed and his widow Sarah notes they were married in 1869. Sarah is Sarah Prince (b. Exeter. Devon in 1849 AJDB 8848) the daughter of Henry b. Asher Prince (AJDB 8841) and Esther Hart. Her grandmother Amelia Prince the wife of Asher died in London in 1866 aged 91 (see AJDB). Testator Isaac (b. Portsmouth 1821) is the son of Solomon Solomon and Rachel Abrahams (see PSEM 190). Testator’s mother is the daughter of Israel Abrahams and Elizabeth Davids.
