Notes
See NA551 where he is a witness for Saul Lyon and his address is Sam’s Coffee House, Dukes Place. At one time he was probably Sam’s since there is a Sun Insurance record in his name, MS 11936/388/602003 28 June 1792 where his occupation is given as coffeeman. One of David’s witnesses is Isaac Joseph who was (later?) the proprietor of Sam’s Coffee House see NA234. D.S. Aaron is also recorded – Bankers 1822, Robson 1823, Pigot 1824 at 17 Fenchurch Street and Kent 1818 at 7 Fenchurch Street. He is also probably the D.S. Aaron of Sugar Loaf Court, Machzor 1807. In 1807, address Fenchurch Street together with Joseph Lee, hatter of Houndsditch and Isaac Isaacs, china and glass warehouseman of Newington Causeway, he posted bail for Solomon Lyon (Naomi Cream, Revd Solomon Lyon of Cambridge, 1755-1820).
