Ruben married the daughter of Ephraim and Hannah Myers ie. his niece. (Rebecca, Survey 1851 ID. 12998). A. Nephew Hyam Harris and wife Mary Samson, NSM Nov. 1842 (the son of Benjamin Harris and****). Survey 1851 ID. 5273, has Hyam (1806-77). In 1840 at Frying Pan Alley, in 1850 17 High Street, Stepney, pen cutter; in 1860 Brokering shop at 1 Darling Place, Bethnal Green (furniture broker). “the 1851 census has him aged 44 (ie born 1806/7), and his entry in the death register has him aged 72 in 1877, ie born c.1805/06.” Reuben leaves a bequest to their son Ephram Harrisson of Lyme. b. She is perhaps Jane Samuel b. 1829, Chichester. Survey 1851, 24133. In 1850 at 22 Lower Calthorpe Street, London. In his will Reuben leave a bequest to their daughter Rosetta Samuel. d.
