inmate of workhouse of St George in the East married Sarah Baby at Shoreditch 8 Sep 1804 and among others had son Jesse born in Chamber Street, Goodmans Fields about 1805; when 14 apprenticed to (Mr) Abrahams, jeweller of George Street, Minories which served and worked for (Mr) Abrahams ever since (last heard of him 6 months ago), who has moved to Hatton Garden. Jesse snr. has lived in St George’s for 6-7 years, apprenticed to Thomas Necham, a gun stock maker of 42 Chamber Street, Whitechapel for 7 years which served later in Houndsditch then Rosemary Lane opposite the Alderman Narsons Head, Rosemary Lane, St Botolph Aldgate.
